Within the framework of the Armed Forces’ keenness to support bonds of cooperation and transfer experiences with friendly countries, the Armed Forces organized the (Egyptian-British Forum for Combating Terrorism) (EBS-CT 2022).
The activities of the forum began with a speech by Major General Khaled Megawer, Head of the Military Intelligence, in which he expressed his welcome to the British delegation and the participating elements, stressing the importance of transferring and exchanging experiences to keep pace with the successive developments in the field of combating terrorism, and pointed out that the success of the Egyptian experience in combating terrorism relied on scientific foundations to confront All causes of the phenomenon.
Dr. Mohamed Elguindy delivered a speech in a session discussing cybersecurity and its relationship to combating terrorism and organized crime.
