Mr Shane Britten is a distinguished counter-terrorism and homeland security expert who has worked to conduct and supervise investigations around the world, build the capability of agencies in more than 45 countries, and provide guidance and advice to government ministers around the world. As well as a co-author of books on terrorism and related topics, Mr Britten regularly conducts training and keynote sessions on terrorism, homeland security, the role of technology in homeland security and open source intelligence. He is the CEO of Crime Stoppers International, which oversees and governs the 800+ Crime Stoppers programs in 29 countries, and the founder of SBRE Group, which brings together an intelligence and investigations consultancy (AlphaSix Consulting), a project management and technology consulting firm (SBRE Operations), a physical security and training company (SBRE Security) and a firm to supply clandestine capability and support to intelligence agencies worldwide.
