William is a former U.S. army intelligence specialist with a background in signals and Human intelligence. Since leaving the military he has worked to disrupt criminal, terrorist and state actors that target and spread misinformation on major social media platforms and encrypted message platforms like Telegram.
Currently William is the CEO of The Aracari Project, a private intelligence company that comprises former intelligence officers from different backgrounds in the intelligence community. His company focuses on financial crimes, human trafficking and advising governments. Their mission is to educate governments and decimate criminal networks.
Academically William holds a bachelor’s in criminal justice and human psychology, and a masters in intelligence studies.
