With over 15 years of experience, he has played a central role in the digital transformation of Egypt’s justice sector, leading complex programs in data center modernization, national legal platforms, and secure government infrastructure.
Eng. Hassan holds multiple international certifications including PMP, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, CISSM, and ArchiMate Software Architecture, and has deep expertise in system integration, enterprise architecture, DevOps, and information security management. He has managed both infrastructure and application-level projects, including the National Prosecution Portal, family case systems, and critical service integrations with other government entities.
