ISSA Egypt is proud to share that the work of Dr. Mohamed El-Guindy, President of ISSA Egypt and Senior Cybercrime Expert working with the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, has been visually featured in the UNODC Regional Office for the Middle East and North Africa Annual Report 2025.
The report documents UNODC ROMENA’s efforts throughout 2025 to strengthen criminal justice institutions, enhance regional and international cooperation, and support national authorities in addressing contemporary forms of crime, including offences involving digital technologies and electronic evidence.
A photograph of Dr. El-Guindy participating in this important work appears in the report, reflecting his continuing contribution to professional capacity-building and knowledge exchange in the fields of cybercrime, cybersecurity, digital evidence, and technology-enabled investigations.
Through his work with UNODC, Dr. El-Guindy has contributed his technical and legal expertise to initiatives designed to strengthen the capabilities of criminal justice practitioners and support more effective responses to the evolving challenges of the digital age.
His participation also reflects ISSA Egypt’s broader commitment to connecting Egyptian expertise with international initiatives, promoting cybersecurity awareness, and supporting cooperation among government institutions, academia, industry, and the professional cybersecurity community.
