Egypt’s Public Prosecution Launches First Phase of Digital Services Through the “My Orange” Platform

In line with the directives of the Public Prosecutor to advance digital transformation and facilitate citizens’ access to Public Prosecution services electronically, the Public Prosecution has officially launched the first phase of its digital service offerings through online platforms.

The launch took place on Wednesday, November 12, during an official ceremony held at the Office of the Public Prosecutor. The celebration witnessed the presence of senior leaders from the Public Prosecution as well as representatives from Orange, marking the beginning of a key collaboration to provide digital services via the My Orange application.

As part of this newly launched phase, citizens can now benefit from a comprehensive suite of digital services, including:

  • Inquiry into the status of criminal and family-related cases.
  • Obtaining official copies of criminal cases, family cases, and the corresponding judicial rulings.
  • Obtaining certified copies of session minutes for criminal and family cases.
  • Issuing official certificates related to criminal and family case files.
  • Obtaining certified copies of inheritance declarations.
  • Paying traffic fines electronically, submitting appeals, and receiving official clearance certificates.
  • Tracking requests submitted to the Public Prosecution.

The Public Prosecution affirmed that the rollout of these services through the My Orange platform represents a new step in its digital transformation framework. This initiative supports deeper integration between state institutions and digital service providers, enhances cooperation with the private sector, and aligns with the national objectives of Egypt Vision 2030.
