ISSA Egypt proudly recognizes the achievement of its President, Dr. Mohamed El-Guindy, who is the founding academic and program director of the first Professional Master’s in Cybercrime Investigations in Egypt—a dual-degree awarded by the British University in Egypt (BUE) and London South Bank University (LSBU) in the United Kingdom.
This pioneering postgraduate program is the first of its kind in the region, developed to address the growing need for advanced education in digital evidence, cybercrime investigations, and cyber law. The program has successfully graduated prosecutors, judges, and investigators who now serve across various national institutions.
