Dr. Mohamed El Guindy, Advisor to the Public Prosecution Office, is honored to participate in the signing of two cooperation protocols between the Ministry of Social Solidarity, its affiliated entities, and the Public Prosecution—marking a significant milestone in strengthening digital justice and inclusive service delivery frameworks in Egypt.

H.E. Dr. Maya Morsy, Minister of Social Solidarity, and H.E. Counselor Mohamed Shawky, Public Prosecutor, witnessed the signing of the agreements, which aim to enhance institutional collaboration, improve service efficiency, and advance digital transformation in line with national priorities.
The first protocol, signed between the Public Prosecution and Banque Nasser Social – Family Insurance Fund, seeks to safeguard public funds, protect the rights of Egyptian families, and ensure the timely enforcement of judicial rulings. The agreement emphasizes the adoption of advanced digital systems, including electronic archiving of judicial decisions and automated data exchange between relevant entities, thereby reducing reliance on traditional procedures and improving operational efficiency.
The second protocol, signed between the Ministry of Social Solidarity, the Public Prosecution, the “Qaderoon Bekhtelaf” Fund, and Orange Egypt, focuses on empowering persons with disabilities by enabling accessible and cost-effective digital access to Public Prosecution services. It also includes the provision of free SIM cards for outstanding and talented individuals with disabilities to ensure seamless connectivity to essential digital services.
These protocols underscore Egypt’s continued commitment to strengthening governance, accelerating judicial processes, and promoting inclusive social protection systems that ensure equitable access to services for all citizens.
